With a track record of 25 end-to-end ERP implementations, Taylor specializes in aligning IT strategy with investment objectives, leading large-scale digital transformations, and optimizing IT portfolios to enhance efficiency and cybersecurity.
Taylor offers extensive international leadership experience across diverse markets and industries. Having lived and worked across Southeast Asia and Europe — including Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Thailand, China, the Philippines, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Poland — he brings deep cross-cultural fluency and a strong respect for international business practices. His firsthand knowledge of regional laws, regulatory frameworks, and operating models enables him to lead complex global initiatives with precision and empathy.
